HMV Suck
HMV suck. Its true. My rant lies with their online branch at hmv.co.uk which is in my opionion the biggest waste of time I have ever come across.
I ordered some CDs from their online store a good few weeks ago and they have taken forever to arrive. To this day I am still waiting. Some of the CDs I ordered were some cheesy halloween tracks I wanted to play. Only AFTER halloween do I get an email to say they have been shipped.
One of the items I ordered was not in stock and so was put on special order with the supplier. This in turn delayed my entire order for some bizarre reason. Attempts to communicate with them have been non-existant and so I reccomend that everyone stay well away from this poor excuse for an online store.
Instead, try shopping at Amazon for CDs, or Juno for vinyl.
